Privacy Policy

Personal information (such as full name, email, phone number, location, and communication concerns) collected by Purposeful Speech & Language Services prior to a client engaging services, through means including advertising forms, contact and email subscription forms, and exchanging emails/messages with the individual, will be used solely by Purposeful Speech & Language Services for the purpose of contacting the individuals with resources and/or information about services provided by the company. This personal information will not be provided to affiliates or third parties without the permission of the individual. Purposeful Speech & Language Services does not have control over personal information being stored by the platforms that the information is being exchanged on (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Wix.com, etc).

Additional personal information (such as case history and credit card information) is collected by Purposeful Speech & Language Services once a client has indicated interest in moving ahead with scheduling a session, in order to guide assessment and therapy. This information is stored on the Clinic Management Software system Jane, which is PIPEDA-compliant and PCI-compliant. Please see Jane's privacy notice here.
